From the heart of established districts… to the future of the new cities.
Our journey began by developing residential buildings inside fully built-up districts, where we learned first-hand how people live and what they actually look for in a home.
As the shape of daily life changed, moving into the new cities was a natural next step: from denser areas to better-organised communities, quieter space, and wider room for a better life. Today we develop in (October Gardens) and New October, and we keep expanding with one clear intent — to build what keeps pace with how cities grow, and how people's lives grow with them.
